But what we liked most is that he was honest, knowledgeable and responsive. Bobby helped us sell our home and buy another home during a “sellers market.” There weren’t many properties for sale but there were many buyers. His knowledge of the area, relationships with other Realtors® and superior negotiation skills got us out of our starter home and into our dream home in our dream location. We had worked with 3 other Realtors® previously and Bobby was the only one who guided us not only with his knowledge and experience but gave us pointers on what to look for while on a house tour and when to run.
